[TI] keep loosing Keyboard settings

Hello I have many times lost keyboard settings I use them to fire with as double clicking i have fired on wrong player so i use one click on ship then number for ammo but it keeps resetting

 

It is a glitch that effects different accounts and there is no explanation as to why it hits some and not all players. I fought with it for a month and even sent a ticket to support and they could not find anything wrong with the account. You can take a break for about 2 weeks or deal with the resetting of the keyboard bindings until it clears itself of your account.

 

I intermediately have it also and only notice when I have to fight and if not I pop

 

The mouse click on the Hot Key Bar will start a fight for you also. Place EMP Burst to one of these and set it off if you are having keyboard binding issues to save your life.

This issue is a known issue and we have attempted on several occasions to try and replicate the issue with no success.
this issue is not happening every time you log in is it?

When I was dealing with the issue I would get it reset and play about half an hour and then would lose the bindings, and was every time I played for about 30 days. This was very frustrating and thankfully it was on my lessor played account so I would just logout and play the other account. Ir was very frustrating to have one account that had it happening all the time and one that never saw the issue. Eventually all of my accounts had finally been hit by the bug (at least once) but then the game got so uncomfortable to play that I am not as active as I used to be (in the maps).

 

I am having the same issue it doesn't go away no hotkeys working plus my cpus are malfunctioning drone repair cpus not working I have lost 4 drones one I repaired manually on back page and now I lost 3 more today I had 32 repairs on cpu on both conf I popped 5 repaired zueus apis didn't pop 3 popped

No it does not happen all the time it happend twice on same day then go weeks and its ok just when it happens player is shooting you and you cant do anything which if your on quest and cant get shot down or take damage this bug is bad I use membership I think im on 6 months one
