[TI] Gratuity for buying URI

bought URI during Mega Happy Hour Myllog shows 1X Defcon design awarded, I went to my Hangar and it's not there as one of my ships, insted it shows a moving caption that it's awarded
during special events, did or didn't I get the Defcom design? and what did I get in lew of a
surgeon design since I already had one in my hangar prior to the URI Buy?

 

You'll have to contact Support mate. No one has powers here to do that. Remember that Mods & Admins here are only normal players. They can't look into your account completely and look at it. Only the support team can.

 

If you buy uridium and you already have surgeon design oh well they don't give nothing in lew of it, You still got your uri and EE and defcom and premium and that's still better than just uri.

 

It's just a bug. The bonus for buying 330k Uri or 150k Uri was Surgeon design. It show'd the same thing in my log that I got Defcom, but I actually got Surgeon which was correct.

 

No it wasn't a bug you would get defcom ship 500 EE surgeon design herc drone design and x3 uri.

 

If you log book show that you were awarded 1X Defcon design, and you do not see that in the hangers available for use.
I would recommend that you contact support and provide them with the following information.

A copy and paste from your log book showing the item awarded. (Please include the date and time)
