[TI] Connection error (Stuck forever)

Alright so since a few hours now, everytime I try to connect to the Server, after pressing 'start', the game will just be stuck in the 'establishing connection' window forever. I've restarted my browser, tried a different one, made sure flash is up to date, deleted cache and yet I'm getting this error. Any solutions?

 

What I find works for this issue is I go to the Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager and delete ALL sites then restart your browser.

This should solve your issue. I didn't mention clearing cache and deleting history, you already tried that

well i am stuck in GG kuiper, at the end with no reward and cant get out. any advice is welcome

 

Once I was stuck in a gate so I re-logged onto game in a different ship and warped by ship out but not sure it will always work.

Another time I was stuck in a gate and had to get help. I went to the "Chat" section of the forum and made a post there, its private and I got a faster response than going via support.

I have found that this is usually caused by a server problem and waiting a few hours will correct the issue usually. If the usual deleting and clearing do not help then the issue is on D O's side and there is nothing we can do to help you.

This has nothing to do with the OP's issue but if relogging did not get you out then I would suggest making a post in CHAT like `°ƒµll·†Ħгô††lє°´ says as I know they are faster to respond there than Support is with all of the tickets they have to deal with currently. The issue with relogging is you may not get the rewards from completing the gate and if the logbook does not register the completion you will not get the rewards awarded for completing it from support.
