[GI] GET RID OF ASSEMBLY RESOURCES IN TUNNEL OF TERROR!!!!!!

Hi,

This probaly has annoyed more players than me alone. Bigpoint has to get rid of assembly resources in the Tunnel of Terror gate. We should supposed to get ammo boxes instead of assembly resources from NPCs that MUST drop these boxes.
We don't do this long-taking boring gate to get an assembly resource.
We are doing the gate for various reasons and getting ammo boxes is the most important reason!!!!!!
Like, please get rid of the assembly resources in Tunnel of Terror and spare us some anger issues.
If I want to collect assembly resource I would be better off killing it in x-3/x-4 maps so please, again bigpoint get rid of that stupid feature..

 

Actually I do it mainly for the uri waves (Melters are my fav NPCs, been like that forever! I always said its too bad they are not out on the regular maps). But now they are removing them from the gate so I guess after monday I will forget about that gate and go farm boss sks while they are giving more rewards.

 

Lol if they really want to remove melters from the gate they would be better off removing the whole gatd then...

 

I personally think that the A.S. ores should have been added to the NORMAL drops from the NPC's not replace them, and where these special drops were programmed for these specific NPC kills they should not have any A.S. items replacing the special drops for ammo or drone designs.

Kami users are not using ammo, so what is the point of getting ammo boxes instead you get drops - sounds fair to me Now go make something. Unless you lost track of the drops hhmm to collect.

The OP never mentioned anything about using Kami. The issue is we are doing this special gate to get the rewards advertised and we get A.S. ores instead of these coveted drops. This is not right and really needs to be corrected. I don't mind so much the cargo drops being removed but the ammo/design drops are the only reason anyone does this gate and now with the special drops being A.S. ore there is no reason to do the gate.

 

There are ammo drops...it is just ghostly pink/purplish in color and it takes awhile to spawn.

More typing drivel The use of kami is probably being used much more than last time. BP run stats and adjusts I am sure due to the new 'owner's specs. The use of drops was not done before and blahh blahh BLAHHHH

If there was no a.s. then there would be your coveted ammo.

 

The issue is some npc's which are supposed to drop the cargo box, drop assembly stuff instead. With or without the kami this is the case, and it's rather annoying

My PET collects all drops in the ToT and the only item he picked up that was worth anything was the first drone design (IF a darn cosmetic is worth anything) ALL other drops were either cargo or A.S. ore none were ammo drops PERIOD. I quit when I froze on the Uber Sibelon (20?) mass and died for the second time in the thing.

Yes we all know that, but the problem is that sometimes or most of the times those NPCs that must drop ammo boxes still drop assembly resources such as plasmide etc instead of ammo boxes. For example in my part the 2 uber sibs in wave 27 dropped 1 plasmide each instead of ammo boxes, sometimes only 1 drops ammo and the other drops an ammo box and I only got 2 ammo boxes from them in my first day of doing ToT.

 

Can someone direct me to the list of waves in this darn ToT since I lost track of what wave I was on?

Yes that was what I needed (first posting of it) but I did not see most of what was listed. I had to be on map 8 as I had killed the Devourer and seen the UFO, and was killed by a major mass of Uber Sibelons, however, did not have the Melters or UFOnits and don't remember seeing any Demon Drones except the first wave. And I definitely had NO ammo drops.
