    So I decide to buy 150,000 Uri as the statement says between NOW and Monday.
    Of course I received 150,00 Uri but no bonuses. Now if I had read a little better it says "offers between now and Monday" I perhaps should have waited for the offers.
    Is there anything I can do to get what I thought I was going to get??
     
  2. If you bought Uridium anytime after that notice was posted you should have received the bonus package.

    Go to your Home page, Select the Logbook button (under Pilot License), Look at the log book for your purchase and you should see that the bonus pack was also booked (you may have to find the Uridium purchase in the Balance log of the Uridium page to find the time) the purchase receipt will not show the bonus as it had nothing to do with the purchase made but is added by D O.

    If it is not shown then screen shot the Balance page showing the purchase and the logbook (also showing the time of purchase) and send a ticket to support to have them book the appropriate bonus for you.
     
  3. Hi again I have had conversation with DO who said they would get back to me after the weekend but nothing has happened. Do you know if there is a problem with support emails?
     
  4. Only problem is the quantity of them they have to deal with. Be patient with this issue as long as they are aware of it they are working on correcting it for you. Just keep your emails that you have made as you may have to refresh their memory if not resolved this week.
