[GI] NEED ADMIN HELP- My main account got banned for saying "asd" in chat?! -NEED ADMIN HELP

Hello this is an urgent problem for my main account. It got banned for two days.(???) This is very unrightfull for me because there was NO rules broken in chat. I cant even log into my backpage of my account anymore the website link says "LoginError13"!!
What kind of unrightful ban is this torwards me? I don't know my UID out of my head but I do have an account on forums that's called "Annialator". I hope any of you admins can explain the ban, because frankly funny, the ban occured when the "Admins vs Players" took part! My name is a fake name of a player that used to be number one in the game few years ago.
My current in-game name of my banned account is:

So I would love the get in touch with an admin ASAP!

Best place to post this would be in the "chat" section of the forum.. its private and gets a faster response.

Have you created and saved any Support tickets from that account? If so then the reply's from them (not the automatic response) have all of the account information in them.

 

I would advise everyone to keep a safe record of any and all account information that belongs to you Login, password, id number for each server, in game name. CM's have long mentioned posting game name and id number in forum posts when you have troubles and that is just a signal of how important that information is. As HMHY mentioned above, past ticket emails will have that information. Please don't let your next post be that you don't know what email the account is as that is just the signal of an account that will not be returning.
