  1. It all went to Seprom, and since you are upgrading it right now, you have to wait for more.

  2. Yeah, when you upgrade promerium you gotta turn off sep

  3. Yep that's exactly the problem. Turn the Sep refinery OFF for now until the Promerium upgrade is complete and the Promi has had a chance to build back up.

  4. My suggestion would be to have the Seprom on a constant build till it is level 20. The length of time needed to upgrade now would prevent you from having to turn it off while the Promerium is being upgraded.

  5. But he would have to level his promi up first... which would mean sep and promi would both be off

  6. He can work on leveling up both right now without turning either off. Its basically the same as having them off since they don't produce anything during the leveling up.

  7. He is already having the Promi leveling off and is why I suggest starting the Sep upgrade instead of turning it OFF. There is nothing preventing the upgrade of Seprom higher than the Promerium as the length to upgrade it is so much longer than the Promerium upgrades anyway. With the Seprom being in an upgrade situation you can not transfer enough Promerium to empty the storage (unless using Insta-Send) unless you shut it off (or upgrade it). You calculate out how long the Promerium is going to be down and the transfer rate of 500 or 1000 an hour (non-Premium vs Premium) and as long as you have this amount in your storage you do not lose anything while upgrading the Promerium, you also use this to calculate how long you would need to wait before starting the upgrade (production/hour divided into the amount you need to transfer for the length of the next upgrade). The only time this failed was if I had the Seprom come up while the Promerium was building and I was not watching the upgrade of the Seprom or it finished during the night while I was sleeping, but then I could send Seprom, Duranium or Prometid to make up the difference I lost from the mistake.

From level 16 every time I logged in I checked the status of the Seprom Refinery and if it was running I started another upgrade. As soon as I had enough Promerium created to allow me to make the transfers for the time it was going to be down I sent it up again. I never lost any credits from the build and was doing quests so I was Sep'ing the shields and Prom'ing the weapons since my Seprom production was minimal as it was off (upgrading) most of the time.

Yes and because he failed to upgrade the Seprom (or turn it off) he lost the Promerium he had built up and caused the issue he is complaining about.
