    why cant I get into the game on the loading screen, arrgggg this is annoying support not replying to me at all,

    How long has this been going on for? Your wifi signal might be weak so try resetting your router and modem. also disconnect and reconnect to your wifi. If that doesnt work clear cache and restart your computer.

    Get a faster computer, with super fast graphics card, and NOTHING running in the background.

    after 5 pm lags starts, just reload you will get in game in few trys but it lags to much so you will not be anable to play

    nothings working, no one else is on the computers, I give up, I aint buying a new computer this is a new one as it is, forget it, might aswell just quit the game as I can no longer get onto it.

    Have you checked that you have nothing running in the background. Many of the anti-virus programs tie up a lot of available memory and make your computer very slow. What is your memory usage and have you turned on graphics acceleration?

    Most good anti virus software use very little memory and use a passive scan while running in the background to allow PC's to perform at a good level, the only time that performance is reduced in on initial start up while it is loading or updating and installing updates. To avoid performance loss antivirus updates can be set at a time that suits your time of play.

    Thank you all for you wonderful assistance with this players issue.

    Please note that there are a few servers that are still experiencing a larger amount of lag and it has been reported.
    I know that this is not really going to resolve the issue, however i would ask... Have you attempted access the game from a different web browser ? Also when was the last time you cleared the flash storage data. These things might make a difference.

    I will keep my lasers crossed for one of these suggestions to help resolve the issue.
