[TI] Laser and Rocket Targeters do not work

    My Lasers and Rockets have lower average damage points when using AIM-02 Targeting Guidance and Precision Targeter. When turned off, average damage increases.

    I use both of those regularly, will test my ship and see if I get same affect as you.
