    The proposal I'd like to make is to offer a permanent purchase of upgraded tech center abilities as opposed to only buying them one use at a time.

    Any player should have the option of making a purchase of these upgraded abilities as a fixture for that persons account to be available to their authorized ships.

    Say the price of purchase be the same for the ability as posted in the tech center but to have additional Uri "ie a suggested 30k uri per base ability with stacking costs for each additional level" cost to make it available to all authorized ships.
    Authorized ships do not include ships with 15 or more lasers or heavy battle cruisers.

    Energy Leach: Level 1) Permanent and static "always active" for 2.5% laser damage gain to your hp per volley.
    Energy leach: Level 2) Same as 1 but with 5% of laser damage gain to your hp per volley.
    Energy leach: Level 3) Same as 1 but with 10% of laser damage gain to your hp per volley.

    Precision targeter: Level 1) Permanent and static "always active" 100% accuracy for normal rockets.
    Precision targeter: Level 2) same as 1 but with 100% accuracy to all rockets.
    Precision targeter: Level 3) Same as 1 but with 100% accuracy to all rockets and lasers.

    Battle repair bot: Level 1) always active but it activates your regular repair bot when 10k hull damage is received by offering instant repair of 10k dmg every 30 seconds repeatedly and allowing your regular repair bot to instantly start repair at a rate of half it's normal speed.

    Battle repair bot: Level 2) same as 1 but offers instant repeated 10k hp repair every 20 seconds and allows the repair bot to repair at 3/4 it's normal speed.

    Battle repair bot: Level 3) same as 1 but offers instant repeated 10k hp repair every 10 seconds and allows the repair bot to repair at normal speed.

    Chain reaction: Level 1) Always active, every other volley of eco type rockets will causes full splash damage "from lasers and rockets" to 3 targets or less that have fired on you. The npc's damaged by this tech will continue to follow you until they are destroyed.
    Chain reaction: Level 2) same as 1 but with 5 targets or less.
    Chain reaction: Level 3) same as 1 but with 7 targets or less.

    Backup shields: Level 1) always active with 60 second cool down, replenishes shields when 75k shields damage is received until the shields are completely restored. "it offers 75k shield repair when 75k damage is inflicted to the shields instantly and again 60 seconds later till the shields are fully restored".
    Backup shields: Level 2) same as 1 but with a 30 second cool down.
    Backup shields: Level 3) same as 1 but with a 15 second cool down.

    I'll leave it to D.O. to decide the cost of the levels beyond the suggested base rate of 30k uri.

  2. The rocket tech could really be a skill tree point. the bad ones could be permanent abilities (10K instant HP damage...), the good ones should be nerfed before they become "unlimited".

    Well allow me to elaborate.
    The abilities will be sold in levels much like the pet gears and protocols with each level stacking with the effectiveness of the prior levels.

    Energy Leach: Level 1) Permanent and static "always active" for 2.5% laser damage gain to your hp per volley.

    It would also be possible to still use the tech center versions in concert with these abilities when purchased.

    I do not agree to make them permanent.

    The precision is cheap as it is. And permanent 100% would be bad. Same with HP leach. All good there.

    The last 3 skills just needs a buff up. At east double of what they give now. OR maybe triple the amount.

    But no way they should be permanent.

    I probably would agree with you if this were possible for all ships, but it isn't.
    This idea is to assist the ships with less than 15 guns that are not heavy cruisers.
    The most powerful of them would be the Vengeance ships and even then it wouldn't include all of them.

    I understand what you saying. But I think they not suppose to be easily available. Imagine everyone has those 5 or even 3 of them constantly ON.

    How much more power strong players can get.
    every time when you think of adding more power or abilities. Think what would happen. Don't we have enough tools already?
    Yes the Cost and time to make them could change. Power too. But no way they should be on forever.

    Well, yes they do.
    Let's stop to consider the least powerful ships in the game.

    Every ship that has no special abilities, no bonuses to shields or damage or any other benefit that comes with being a uri ship. The only way for them to compete with those other ships is to gain an at best fleeting edge with the tech center abilities or boosts in shop that both vanish with time.

    I just think they should be available to those less powerful ships that may be for whatever reason favored over the "in my opinion" ugliest ship in the game just because it holds 15 lasers and generators.

    Will the powerful pilots also be free to use this, yes.
    I am not providing the illusion of safety for anyone in this game.
    I am providing options for the type of ships least likely to be used in game because of their frailties.
    As a pvp game the stronger pilots will always be a threat, this idea is just a way to permanently keep active any edge these ships need to still be fun to farm and or fight in.

    I have thought this thru, being afraid to pop in a pvp game seems foolish to me.
    Also no, there are not enough tools in this game when what is offered to everyone from the tech center has a cool down that leaves the ships that need those abilities exposed and surly defenseless against the more powerful npc or enemy company player.

    And no that is the crappiest reason for anyone to settle for yet again in my opinion the ugliest looking ship in the game.
    I prefer sporting options for the ships I enjoy flying.

  10. every body wants this and that al is fine to make strongest peopel stil stronger.

    let better fix do first al the crap and bugs in the game before there comes something new into the game what again cost much uridium
    i now the strongest player dont doubt abaout that wen they have 4 miljon and more uridium on the ships but the normal players wil be again weaker and weaker with this.
    are the top 50 players stil not strong en off for normal players ?
    there ships flying around what making wen al fine around 230 k damage, and ofcorse dont forgot the pro players what shooting other ufe ships in 1 kill lolololol

    i can only say al things what cost uridium again is only good for the players what using .....(not can say other wise i get banned)
    look on the servers, look to the players every day flying more and more players around with only 280 to 700 flyhours with ufe around and spended not 10 euro into the game lolol , other players need for that 8000 hours and more.

    dont create anymore ideas what cost uridium they only good for the top 50 and for the pro gamers
