[GI] Missing 50% booster

    I made purchase,but the EP booster is missing.I have just the standart boosters.Does anybody else have the same problem ? I've already texted to support.I hope they will soon fix the problem.

    waiting for support to reply takes like 2 months. I joke, we all have lives. I've never had this problem i get the booster for double gate days but its always come through. See what support say and if anything give them the relevant details. It because its saturday their replies maybe a tad slower.

    pp: I see now second offer for uridium,i hope my purchase did not went wrong,because i clicked to 50% EP offer

    PP: bought 3 times 50% ep and honor boosters from extras, i have 50% honor booster,but instead 30 hours,i see 6 hrs 47 min. and EP is missing again!

    Lady Kara explained that developers are in weekend holiday,so i guess monday we have to resend tickets to support

    Unfortunately not much we can do at the moment just wait till Monday for tech team to have a look at it. Hope for the best it's not a big issue and get fixed quickly so players can receive their boosters... For now I would recommend to not purchase them just to avoid not receiving boosters.

    I have just had same issue.. only basic EP from Kappa... I had BO1 & BO2 + BAT design and 6% pilot profile + 50% boost... only got basic 10.35 mill EP reward... I have sent it in to HELP.. see what happens :rolleyes:

    Obviously we will have our boosters,but also ruined weekend.Enjoy the day!

    I purchased the 50% EP and Honor boosters as well. Nothing showing up in my booster section either. Just the simple 20% boost I get from the usual boosters. Quite annoying.

    We know that everybody is expecting this issue and I do apologise for the inconvenience. There is not much what we can do at this moment . I will lock the thread as the answer has been given about the issue and we just have to wait till the team will fix it. Please keep eye on the forum/discord for the announcement in this matter.
