[GI] Game bugged

Ok get home from work log in see DO gave me my event boosters thank you but i went and killed 1 Hitac and game was bugged no portals on the map no cbs Aliens shooting me but can't shoot back. Relogged and is says you have been destroyed by boss devolarium and i click free repair and nothing happens. cleared cache and restarted and logged in like 5 times now same thing. So I logged in to my citadel that's on 1-6 map and it logs in fine see portals np ship moves can fire everything looks fine log out back in surgeon try and log in same thing shows you have been destroyed click free repair again and nothing. So i tried logging into my tartarus that's on 1-5 map and no portals no cbs same thing happens almost everyweekend and it's been reported also please fix this.92948368 GA3

No issue is fixed but this has happened for weeks now every friday night and sunday right when double gg's start same issues you saw when you logged in last time i posted about this. So they gave me 2 days of boosters for compensation but after 1 hour of play game was bugged so i logged of for a few hours and only 1 day left on the booster. Also another issue with chat have posted user ID to mods and they fixed the chat now everytime i log in have to refresh and restart everytime to get chat to work.

If the issue appears again, can you send a ticket to the support, with exact time, server you play on and your ID. They will be able to assist you.
