I finished reading the Easter Gift news release and felt I had to say, "Fantastic! That was a very generous gift, thank-you very much."

 

Easy way to make players happy (instead of introducing unnecessary hard, buggy events)

 

I think they need to do it more often so that those hanging on to the last gasps of D O might look the other way with the failures of so many of the Special Events they are adding to the game causing so many problems that are not being fixed. Some of these problems have been with us for a year now, even though they are LOW PRIORITY, they effect the game play enough that it is not fun anymore.

 

This is supposed to be the last "NEW" event for a while. The priority is supposed to be to work on all the bugs that are in the game now. There should still be events but nothing new for a while. What I like most is with the week of Premium, I get to transfer more often which helps my project along. Now I just have to remember that I am premium for a while.

 

Get all the credits you can so you might get them flaxes up to level 16. LOL

 

I too feel generous but 1 week isn't going to matter if you buy the 330k uridium pack during the tiered spender update at the end of the month,right?

What about all of us guys who bought Uridium during HELIX Sale, get a Receipt for 1,320,000 Uri but only received 330,000 Uri?

 

Contact Support. They will have to look into the booking of your Uridium. I do know if you did not close the deal before time ran out you are just [removed] as I found out years ago. The timer is for completing the transaction not starting it.

 

After I purchased the Uri from Helix,..there was still an Hour and a Half left on the counter! I contacted Support and at 1st they said it showed I didn't make any purchases that day. I showed them the screen shots of the confirmations from Dark Orbit Receipt, my Paypal reciept, and my Uri Balance at the time of the transaction. Then they said there was a problem with the Voucher Code which wasn't posted in forums until the moment I started the transaction. All I know is I got reciepts for 1,320,000 Uri and only got 330,000 ! So,..I better NOT be [removed]

 

yes i too bought the 25$ pack with the code, supposed to get 300k uri but got 75k. showed them and they didnt give me the missing uri?

The team is already looking into the issue where not everyone got the helix bonus applied when they used the easter code. When we have more info it'll be made available.

Please do I really want the uri I was promised, I am going to make a big deal about it with whoever is talking to me at support. I am going to get a refund or my promised amount of uri or something is going to happen. I wont make purchases anymore If I dont get what I payed for.

 

You are pretty much guaranteed to get it. They go back and make sure people affected by these things get what they were expecting to get from purchasing hours.

It's just a bit of rough timing as it's a holiday weekend so this past week and next week are shorter weeks in the office. Worst case scenario is waiting until Tuesday for the dev team to be able to resolve it, which also means flooding support isn't going to make it happen faster because they aren't the one who has to write the script to set you up from your purchase.

I purchased mine on 4/13 and I haven't received my Uri. Are they still going through System w/ Support?

I have always been under the ruling you get only one discount when making a purchase Helix or 15% not both. This is the way the game was when I started and have assumed it never changed. I was always offered the ability to use my doubler of MHH and always chose the MHH as I wanted triple not double Uridium. I believe this is the situation with this 15% code.

 

We are talking about people who received their Compensation already and those who have not, HELP. Not which discount between the 2 one should get. It was an Advertised HELIX Sale and the 15% was a gift across the board of the Game "As Advertised".

 

Sounds like the latest update is some got it & some didn't, and they may have figured out why and how to deal with that so hopefully we'll have an official update tomorrow.
