[TI] GA1 Down

No game today? Server restart or something would be nice

GA3 is froze also 3:30 P.M. servertime was jumping into Hades and everyone who was in group on different maps and in different gates said their froze. Been trying to relog for 30 min and it lets you log in but is just background and nothing else.

We're aware and it's been reported again :/ Unfortunately with being Easter Sunday I wouldn't expect much to give it a kick, but hopefully when they continue investigating what's happening on the weekends it will be fixed in time..

BP should get some better servers :/... whenever there are a few players on a map it laggs, due to this no big fights happens, since it becomes a lagfest...

 

ya same problem in kronos...1 minute and 10 seconds for each second to count down from 15 to 0 wave 46 comes and boom baby, no more blaster. GA3, now 2 lives left

 

I think working on that is part of their change it direction for the next few months (see announcement) but I can't make any guarantees as to all the specifics of what they'll be doing myself, and I can't put a timeline for when this won't happen on the regular anymore either :/

This is getting ridiculous. The developers should know by know that GA1 goes down a lot, especially on weekends during events, and lately during double gate rewards. This is not new and should not come as as surprise to anyone.
It's bad enough there were no Easter bonus boxes this year, but to not even be able to play now? Totally absurd.

 

Oh well, Tried a few times over the past couple hours, nothing has changed.

GA1 game client still not connecting.
It's been over six hours.

 

I understand, we press the issue as it goes on but ultimately there may be more factors that require more investigation and deeper digging (and then fixing) similar to what we saw with GE1's server issues last year.

It's far from ideal, but please rest assured we are doing our best to get what information we can about when issues arise, what servers (as not all the GAs act up together, or the same ones every weekend necessarily), and keep reporting it for you all. As soon as we have more information or an update for you we will see that it gets out there.
