[SC] No double rewards

So I just completed Zeta on a double rewards day, and I didn't get double rewards. Any ideas what's up?

 

I just had the same problem, some items were doubled and some not. I contacted support. I would suggest you do the same.

It's due to the clock on American servers - double galaxy gates isn't actually "on" at the moment. The server clock says it's after 00:00, but the clock is wrong and that isn't the actual local server time.

So like for US East servers and GA1/2/3/5 it's only 22:30~ at the moment.

It -should- be ok on the EU-side servers, because they didn't have the data migration earlier this week, which is what resulted in the clocks on the Americas-side being messed up.

My best advice for those on the Americas-side, wait until it's actually after 00:00 local server time, don't go by the clock on backpage until it's fixed.

& We will make sure with support that this is reported so the team can attend to it this upcoming week.

Update: 00:00 didn't activate it, so next best guess as to most likely time it will start working is 05:30 :/ At this point we can only wait & see when reports that it's working start rolling in

 

I just looked at my Logbook on US3 and it is accurate if I was on my US2 account, logged in at 0148 EDT, logbook reads 2248 PDT, server clock reads 0548. So what exactly is going on? 2 different clocks running and none of them on actual local time zone clock like they used to.

 

The clocks are all over the place, it's just crazy. There's no rhyme or reason to it beyond it all being messed up following the data migration earlier this week.

I'm adhering to what actual server times are - not the errored ones.

LF-4 day started at 2330 PDT on both of my servers so this might be the time the system is seeing for events to start, just to possibly help you.

 

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have kicked double galaxy gate rewards into gear have to wait and see when at this point. thank you though

I bought uri and didn't get 3x sent A ticket in. Thanks for letting me know about the clock i didn't know.

 

when buying uridium if you don't see the % on the uridium page so if you buy on triple uri and you get 330,000 it will show you 990,000 if it doesn't show then it isn't on that's what i have noticed. Enjoy

 

Yeah the mega happy hour issue is reported as well (kronos issue from yesterday too), at least in that it I guess was still advertising after it ended Friday. Not so sure about tonight as well, seems there were less complaints that I ran into but I may have just not seen them yet too^^

Will D.O. after correcting all these clock/ DD rewards/ etc. issues...
Will they be correcting the skewed rewards players received from the gates, that we already played during this weekends double rewards event?...such as the EXP/ Honor values, etc.??

Am I to put a "ticket" in for this latest issue??

I would expect they will be attending to these issues, it's just a matter of how/when. Of course though, it isn't up to me necessarily and I can't say anything for certain until we hear back, but they're generally pretty good coming back to these things.
