[GI] Everything wrong in this game.

Hello all, this game is broken i think, 2 days not work, 1 day open, when i click on 100 spin it says 0 uri 0 gate spins whats wrong with this game ? i bought rebate and i can't spin on this gates cuz it not works, and if i don't do gates in this 2 days rebate i don't need it, so you have to back it 1 more free rebate this is not cool from you stuff of darkorbit fix problems don't create more stuff and more probs or i will leave this game.

This is something very annoying that has been happening for a while.Contact Support.

 

First how many pieces of the gate do you currently have? How many MULTIPLIERS did you get? You will NEVER get Uridium from Galaxy Gate Materializer. And when you get this situation in the future log out of the G G M and then back in. Some times it does get stuck in giving ammo only, also use the smallest ship you own (unless you want Nano Hull).

 

I mean, when i spin it not work it says 0 uridium 0 gates when i have 1.5m uri when i do relog my uri back

 

Thats terrible experience it might be visual glitch try to log-out and log-in clearing browser cookies or use some 3rd party cleaners..then sign-in , if not fixed contact support..

 

Reload page, and ur good 2 go.

 

When I received the 2k extra gate spins I had the exact same problem.

Then I did a refresh and all my URI was back and then I could continue with the gate spins.

Managed to build a couple gates and got some good ammo and stuff.

The zeroing out problem with number of spins and/or Uridium will re-occur approximately every 100 spins (using 1 or 5) or it can happen if you do 20-50 spins using 10 per spin-click.
As above, just refresh backpage by clicking on the Galaxy Gate tab.
This can also happen in conjunction with a backpage drop (sometimes); just a relog will get you back into doing what you were originally doing.

 

still taking forever to do anything on back page this game has been one glitch after another for a long time now fix her up guys i used to love playing this game

 

I thought that Monday morning, after the "whoever" did "whatever" OUR GAME would be better. Wishful thinking.
Just tried x5 spins 6 times and was told out of spins and uri. NOT the case.
The back pages are loading 50% better than on weekend, butt not like they were week ago.
Clock still not fixed, etc...............

Overnight is not something D O can do everything takes a week or more to be corrected.

I do understand your frustration and I want to apologise for the inconvenience in this matter. The problem is that some issues can be fixed in short time after reporting and some need a little bit more time. I have experience this issue my self and this did not stop me from building galaxy gates. Please keep the eye on Tech Announcements for any bugfix updates.
