[GI] is this botting

so....players are able to lock on my targets and or me and they can't even be seen on my screen...full screen mode... their not cloaked because they come in from offscreen after. thoughts?

 

Its 3th party program if you have proof of it video or screenshot i suggest you to contact with support.
Btw if you have bad connection or high ping it could look like that cuz of delay.While everything is legit.

 

Botting or a huge pc monitor that allows them to watch very far.

I'm not sure huge resolution gives any advantages in locking on players I have test it out on big resolution and screen and I have noticed you have certain range of view and from the long range you will be not able to see players until you come closer.

What you see can be a little different what other player will see, depends on your connection, location etc. Good example for that is the damage dealt to the ship or alien. In 2D screen view will be wider compare to 3D.

may i ask one more thing ? what is the high ping thing as stated by -homepoc- above ?

 

The smaller the ping value the faster the rate of response of the connection.
High ping can be connection lag/slower response for an action.

 

If you do a SpeedTest you will see the PING. This is basically the time it takes to make connection from your computer to the server.
