[GI] new bug

Hello evryone, probab;y this post is going to be
1) deleted
or
2) closed i dont give a [REMOVED] about it i cant stand this anymore
So today after the server res at my server i logged in and guess what>?
1) My PET wasnt working and still isnt!!
2) all my missions were cancelled..like forreal i had left 100 anihilador to end a misson 20 golis and 50 venge..screw this
3) all the influence points were gone while on the news they were still there
4) cant change configs
5) cant log out
6) cant change formations
7) cant jump through gates
And last but not least i want to mention that i have NEVER used anykind of bugs/cheats/easyways to get smth so this is probably a new bug or idk what it is so screw it, i finally bought premium for 1 month and now probably wont be able to use my acc anymore
And ik what any moderator/player etc will say you,ve guessed : "send a msg to support they will fix it" well there are a lot of things YOU havent changed in the game but should back in 2012...sometimes you find good support sometimes total [removed] not replying for ages!
..This event kinda returned the pvp a bit but while killing bots its easier lets not mention that im not recieving points for killing an enemy player, while some ppl are recieving everytime

I do apologise for the inconvenience this made and thank you for the report on issues you have experience, could you send an ticket to the support with full detailed information on each bug you experienced so it can be recorder and hopefully fixed.

Quit complaining. When you play a "F2P" game, don't expect the highest of quality service. Always expect major bugs, there is not a single game that is flawless. Be patient, and send an email to support, requesting assistance. In the meantime, do not continue the game until it has been fixed. If you do so professionally and calmly, you may even be compensated for your troubles.

 

I do contacted support but they only said clear cache and should be okay, well it isnt, still waiting, and you may close dont have further questions , for now

Compensation hahah probably wont recieve, they told me that some ppl abused the missions and thats why they canceled em, and i stopped playing only checking if it got fixed, and now cant do the kronos day

 

they bringed everything back, after the server restart now
