    hello i send my injury yesterday but nobody respond me yet i cant log in my acount its showed me eror13 and now eror99 i only had 30 day chat ban and i dont know why i get banned or anything else :/ server usa east1 user id74538858

    A game BAN needs to be addressed with SUPPORT. A CHAT ban can be discussed in the CHAT section of the forums. ERROR 99 is usually a server issue and your account is trying to go to the wrong server (I got it when I was trying to enter into the TEST Server and instead got the login page again then was stuck with this error until redirected to an actual live server that I normally play), I have never seen an ERROR 13 so no help there, sorry.
