[GI] lf4 day rigged?

used up 350 keys today and didn't get a single lf4. if ur gonna call it lf4 day, can you guys make the drop rate a little higher? its already ridiculously low to begin with

I was a bit surprised to hear this, so I looked into it and you picked up 122 keys on the 16th and whilst I must admit you were quite unlucky not to get a LF-4 in that amount, it was not quite 350.

If you can find a reliable group for Hades GG, this is a very nice way to gain some LF-4, as well as a bit of ranking in the process. Just be sure to spin your GG on a discount day and using every x2 multiplier to make it as cheap as possible.

I spin 64 times in the 11 th pick up there was lf4 the rest none...

 

My younger brother got 2 lf4 out of 54 boxes last lf4 day. Getting Lf4 on boxes is just a luck, there are no assurance.

 

lol so maybe I did exaggerate a little (sorry about this) but I've seen people get 3 lf4s in 10 keys I use over 100 don't get any? How does that work?

 

I usually get LF-3 during this day however on the rare occasion i will get a LF-4. Now i do have more LF-4 than LF-3 at lst count and i have 151 LF-3.
I get most from gates and i do get some from booty.
One thing i do is keep track of where i get "good stuff"... cloack cpu, modules, ships and so on. i go back to these spot and check for booty, i usually get "good stuff".
give it a try, it has worked for me.

 

Thats placebo, after many try and getting xenomit from booty you will go on "good place" because you feel like must be something good again.


But I must agree that for my friends last sunday was more LF3 than LF4 day many LF3 just few LF4.

Speaking from past experience, for me sometimes zeus day was more lucky than LF4. I feel like day you have random generated chanse what you will get from booty, lets say today is 1% for LF4 if today is helix LF4 will boost this 1% overall will be unlucky day. Same is with hardware, one day give a lot of MT+HP next day only thing u can get it prismatic socket.

 

Yesterday at Zeus day I only got 5 zeus parts, 1 lf4, 2 LF3, 2 bo2, 2 modules, and the rest were ammos, EEs, logdisks,and hardwares all from 220keys. :\

 

I've picked up a large amount of green booty boxes during these last 6-12 months (~2000+) and from my experience, during LF4 day (x3 time chance) I got about 1 in 100 LF4. One time I got none in 200+ boxes, another time I got three in a just ~100 boxes, but it added up to about 1 in 100 on average (maybe slightly better, 1 in 90)

My point is, without enough keys, odds might seem "rigged", but it's just how probabilities work. You would need a minimum of 500 keys, preferably ~1000 to get more accurate and less random results when gathering LF4's.

That's still terribly low probability... 1% is supposedly on normal days, 3x chance should make it "fun" - as in the "days of Captain Kirk".

 

There are many things in this game I believe should be easier to acquire, though in my opinion 1 in 30 would make it way too easy. If anything, increase chances of getting LF4 on regular days (as of right now, it is basically pointless to gather green booty boxes on any other day than the "days of Captain Kirk", considering that the probability of acquiring an LF4 in x3 times as high during this event.

 

At least things should be transparent and clearly stated. Instead, the probability is deduced by players like yourself, so is basically guesswork and hearsay. Buzzwords like random chance when it comes to GG rewards and booty probabilities are really out of place. Random chance has no meaning, except as other words to say "we don't want to reveal".
It's not my fault that on "days of Captain Kirk" real life usually kicks in and prevents me from playing, thus missing on that 3 x unknown% chance...
