Any word on when the chat will be fixed? Or is it just me . I play on US East3. TY.
Also since they took trade drone away I equiped my pet with the cargo trader for the pet and when I use it my pet stops working it still can be seen but I can't select it to do anything else. I can't shut it off or nothing it just goes white and I have to completely log off to get it to work again.

 

chat is working on my end.
when trading with your pet,,,it will turn white-ish. that is the drone selling your ores.
it takes about 30 seconds for it to complete the trade then it returns to normal.

 

chat has not been working on USA east for second day now. Also server was not available for half of yesterday.

It seems when they messed with the USA Servers they forgot to install the CHAT service to the server farm as both the US2 and US3 servers (the ones I use) have NO CHAT.

The PET Trader has a cool down period depending on the Level used Level III gear is 30 seconds and the others are longer yet. As soon as the cool down period ends it will return the PET to "Passive Mode" and then you can select whatever mode you want it in. The cool down timer displays just below the activation/deactivation button and if you mouse over it you can see the timer. If you read the >FAQ< it might help with some of the questions about the PET Gears. The one thing they do not disclose is the actual length of the cool down periods. I never bought the other 2 levels of gears so I can not speak to them (I think the longest is 2 1/2 minutes), but 30 seconds for an extra 30% credits is a decent return for loss of PET.

 

Level 1 is 5 min
Level 2 is 3 min
Level 3 is 30 sec

30 sec is a long time when you are credit crunching hard like me.

 

Thanks everyone. I purchased the level 3 Trader but it was still messed up so I had to unequip everything on my pet and now it is working fine. HelpMeHelpYou a special ty they should give you compensation for helping out players as I see you respond quickly to help out players, actually alot better than those in charge do. Thanks Guys..
