can someone explain this to me . I have a member whose ship is stuck between servers I presume ...

 

"JP-Pre" I believe is the UBA map, which if they post their User ID/Server in the Issue: Stuck in Map/Gate thread an admin once see it will try jump them out(or guess could just post it in this thread but probably more ideally in that thread).

Also the server restart should/may sort it out, just like for the UBA endless "waiting for opponent" thing.

 

Thanks Kyro , The server restart didn't work . His ship has been there since yesterday when I first noticed his location on the clans member page. It' going to be either the UBA or the Refractions. I told him to switch ships and try a ship warp to see if that works. He just started High School and I don't need his parents getting on to him since school just started. He may have to go to support and have them move it , I don't know for sure. You have a great day/evening

 

The ship warp does not work for this problem. The account needs to be reset either by Admins (fastest response) or Support (requires waiting for email to be opened and then sent to techs) but it has been an issue for months now and do not know why D O has not disabled the systems until corrected.

 

I'll send him a clan message and describe his options if he ever shows up or all I can do is take image shots of his ship and ranking and registration date . I just can't provide his user id # etc. and see if an Admin can move it for me since he just started school I would be disappointed if he just upped and quit because he lost interest. My clan has invested alot of clan creds into his ship. He's a dang good player as well and I don't want to boot him I had that problem when my ex clan owner decided he would quit and not say a word or respond for over a year. I was going to request a transfer of 'Ownership' from Support to retain the clan tag but I talked to the guys in the clan and had them move to my wife's clan which was easier to do than mess with Support.
They need to get rid of the whole tool bar and put it into 1 icon that will do a dropdown menu IMHO ....

Support can not help with the issue. I had a clan that they changed the clan leader to the old default name seen in the TRADE when I had trouble with my internet (drove truck and was on the road too long and truck stop wifi really stunk) connection and my account went inactive. After 6 months and about a dozen tickets I finally got someone to look at the clan and saw the founder was still in the clan and reverted the Clan Leader to them which then allowed me to change it to the account that was supposed to be the leader.

 

my ex clan leader just quit playing altogether. I was co-leader with all privileges. except I couldn't upgrade the front page. after a year and a few months later some of the guys started asking me where is our fearless leader . I tried all known methods of communication from my ts3 FB his email and even tried calling him on the cell#. No response. Since my wife plays, her and I agreed to just move everyone to her 2 player clan and transfer ownership to me. Within an hr everyone moved [20] members to the new clan. The old clan tag had some clout but it was the efforts of the members that made the tag well known. It didn't take everyone on the server long to figure out that the tag was changed but not the members . I have 1 member right now that has been transferred to Guam [Air Force] and has been inactive for over a month but he announced his transfer and therefore his account will remain in my clan until he resurfaces. He was 14 when we first met and now just turned 19

 

He needs to log in at least every 3 months to maintain the account. After 6 months it can be purged and be major hassle trying to get it back. I do believe the military bases still have internet available to them.
