[GI] PROBLEM WITH MY 20 READY BOXES

On my display screen my 20 ready boxes that I use to keep items at the ready half is missing. The bottom half of the 20 (10 boxes) are missing. A clear area where items should be sitting at the ready. Could you please check it out see what is going on.

US 2 (East Coast) is my secondary play server. I started another server when my main one was down. You fixed it and now I think I'm having problems with this server.

ready boxes? Do you mean your hot keys? They're called hot keys. Check to see if you still have premium because the extra bar is only for premium subscribers

 

I didn't realized that my premium was over. Thanks have the hot keys back.

Getting my premium up to date did the trick. I have the 10 hot keys that was missing.

The "Shift" key gives you another 10 for a total of 30 Hot Keys, only as a Premium Player.

It is always nice to hear from you. I have premium updated, it just ran out and I didn't think about it. When I only had 10 hot keys I wonder why. OG_Failed said check my premium and I did. Once I had it, I had the 20 hot keys and the little box with the Arrow on it. Is that the extra 10 hot keys you are talking about?

YES those are the extra hot keys I was talking about. Again they are accessed by using the "Shift" key plus 1-0 keys and are often being used for odd items like Formations or mines.

 

I'm a Rebel and put my Fireworks there.
