[GI] P.E.T.

Hi D. O.,

When I'm out and about, I fly with my P.E.T. activated. He is on Auto-Looter most of the time unless I'm fighting a bad boy or something and I want it dead quickly. Then I put him in guardian mode. P.E.T. is 15th level and his equipment (Gear and Protocol) is all 3rd level and Generators and Lasers 16th Level. Configuration 1 and 2 are a little different.

On a side note:
I see a lot of players not using a P.E.T. and leave their kill uncollected. I don't understand that unless they don't have the Uridium to spend on fuel. I usually have killed enough to buy fuel for that day without touching my reserves. My P.E.T. loves' collecting. He doesn't care and I am thankful for the extra minerals.

Now the Question:
I was out in Zone 5-1 doing my thing. I saw another Clan member there too (second day too). He is a higher level than me, but his P.E.T. and mine are the same level. I was attacking an alien and picking up Palladium too. He fly's by and helps me kill my alien as well as picking up Palladium. Then takes off with out a thank you. Nice guy or gal! I wish everyone was like that person.

Now here is where I was floored. His P.E.T. flew out and picked up Palladium too. My P.E.T. doesn't do that and it only pick up a few things like the power boxes, kills, and Aurus. It might pick other things, but not much if it does.

How did his P.E.T. do that and can I get mine to do that too? Plus other items that hang around after a kill like Bifeon or other Raw Materials. I don't like to leave items, but in a dog fight with several aliens it is hard to collect and move around from being attacked by several at a time.

Hi,

You need Auto Resource Collector to pick rocks such a Palladium. It will also, pick up rocks in lowers. Its great when doing missions/quests that require collections.

Thank you. Have that but didn't know it would do that. I have used in the my home zones to collect different minerals, but didn't know about the other item.

A whisper will send a direct message to the user no matter what chat room they are in and nobody but that user can see the whisper but it is up to them if hey want to respond but if the message sends then they for sure received it.

 

Here's all you need to know about P.E.T!

 

It is a choice you need to make as the PET will only do one task at a time. Many players could care less about the Cargo Drops as they do not want/need the credits from them and do not want to use their Xenomit to create the Promerium on the ship. Since most of these people are Premium there is no way to prevent the use of the Xenomit unless you have the Auto-Refine option turned OFF in settings in the Client.

Oh wow, Now I see why I'm not building tons of Xemonit. It seems that it never really increase as much as I collected. It gets burn off when my P.E.T. or I collect the spoils of the battle. Auto refine the minerals I collected with Xemonit. Does the refinement still uses Xemonit if I do it manually? I guess I should pay closer attention.

YES if creating Promerium you are using 10 Xenomit for every 1 Promerium this does not matter if manually or automatically refined. It is also why they added the Xenomit in the SkyLab, but made it a SYNTHETIC so it was only available for use in the SkyLab and not allowed to be transferred to the ship for weapons use.
