[SC] Trade Drones

I was very happy yesterday to see the return of the trade drones. The cargo trader is ok but not always worth the cost. Several of my clan members and I made purchases. That's one for DO.

 

What cost? Level 3 ties the PET up for 30 seconds and gives a 30% boost in credits. IF you have the PET deployed already it is just the few seconds it is not working for you that you pay for. Remember the Trade Drone may not stay there and you only get 100 trades per Drone bought. You take your 12,000,000 while I get 15,999,999 for the same Citadel Promerium Transfer sale, for just a little amount of PET Fuel, which btw, I buy once a year since I am unable to play more than 30 minutes before I LAG out.

IF you use these DRONES as much as I used (when the game worked well) my C T I would suggest buying several of them so the usages stack IN CASE they disappear from SHOP again. I never return to the Base to sell my ore and during a marathon day in the Orbit I would have a dozen or more transfers. The free one, given as part of a quest reward, did not last me a month.

 

why carnt they not do a one off payment trade drone say twenty pound and its with you forever i would by straight away

 

You forgot the additional cost for equipping an additional CPU, it raises the fuel cost. May not seem like much but can add up soon.

 

You can bye a trade drone in the shop for mony ^^

 

At one time the Trade Drone given by the quest was a lifetime usage. By the time I got my US3 account to the point that it could get it they changed it to the 100 use, without any notice to the community (about 3 years ago).

YES this thread is about the fact it is BACK in the SHOP where it has been gone for several months.

 

Keeping in mind that the drones can go at anytime, I purchased 1,000 of them. Should hold me for a while.

 

Hopefully you get your $990 out of the game before it all goes to pot. I will continue to use the little amount of fuel for my PET to use the FREE Cargo Trader that I have now been paid back many times by using the extra credits buying Uridium items out of Auction.

 

$990? 1,000 drones cost me less than $10 and to have the choice of which one to use is worth it to me.

 

Trade drones cost $0.90 USD on my servers. You bought 10 drones for 1000 uses which can be used up in less than a month if playing every day and using it 4 times a day. You spent more money than I would if I bought the Uridium to buy the fuel needed for my PET and I get better rewards than you, but this is your choice.
