[GI] cant login gb2

    Same issue on us2, just shows the yellow loading wheel non-stop. Cleared cache and tried everything-still ongoing all day, game never loads.

    a known issue ?? please explain to us , if you know it will happen , why put it online ?

    Servers go down, power outages happen, DDoS attacks are made, these all cause issues that are "KNOWN" but take time to correct. We have issues with our internet service providers and the server banks also have issues with the service providers which also can be a "KNOWN" issue.

    I found I had to unblock BigPoint cookies and then I could login to the game. Give that a shot.

    Dude, you don't get it; HMHY is saying that every problem in the game is a known issue but they can't be bothered to fix it.
