[GI] Cold Wave Gate

Okay I know these are a ONE DAY GATE, but if I need to box for ammo can I still complete it if I have already accepted and started it on the 11th? My baby account just turned level 16 yesterday after doing its first Zeta Gate and I used all of my good ammo in it and the easy gate as I was not high enough to do the hard first.

The FAQ does not cover this.

I mean after the 11th. Okay so it is still here but now can someone tell me how long before it goes dormant until next year? I know it was an issue a couple years ago where people were able to finish the gate from the year before as soon as the winterfest started causing major confusion as some saw the gate and others did not.

Yes, I grabbed the gate hard gate quest on 11th did not start till 12th, It works.

 

Even if you pick up the quest today or tomorrow it is possible to still complete. As last year (if I remember correctly), you had whole December to get the gate done.

Your own company x-4 map, where the Sibelons exist.

 

IF you did not collect it yesterday it does not exist any more. You will see a fisher (similar to the QZ gate in x-7 map) in the middle of the map where the gate used to be. This was a ONE day only Gate and if not started it deleted itself last night.

 

Your information is incorrect, to activate the gate you must first go to mission control and accept the Great Escape mission and the gate will then be placed on your x-4 map. Players below level 16 will only have the easy version, players level 16 and above may do both easy and hard. Once you have completed the gate mission or expended your 20 lives the gate will be removed from your X-4 map, this allows you to do the gate missions once only, below level 16 x1 easy gate level 16+ x1 easy and x1 hard. The cold wave gate is still available but to see it you must accept the gate mission.

 

I am sorry that I have mis-read the FAQ, as it says the gate would only be available on the 11th. I made the assumption that once the 11th passed you did not have the opportunity to select it as it was supposed to only be available on that date. However, IF selected and started the gate could be completed after that date.

How long is the Cold Wave Gate going to be available for completion?

 

The Cold Wave Gates may be completed up through 2359 LST on December 31, 2017. At 0000 LST January 1, the gates will no longer be available. You may only complete the easy and the hard gates once each in this time.
