[GI] No Premium?

  1. I purchased a few months worth of premium using Amazon Pay and haven't received it yet. My Amazon account is saying it was purchased but my credit card has not been charged yet. What's going on? It's been several hours between purchase and writing this email. Any insight would be helpful.

  2. This is a Payment Support issue. The MODS are going to inform you to Contact them and there is nothing that can be done in the Forums about this issue. I would say attach the copy of the receipt, Uridium Subscription page (from back page, Uridium, Subscriptions). I know there is a delay between the Amazon charge and the Bank Card charge being posted, but should not affect the applying of the purchased items. I myself use Subway Gift Cards that I can reload online and securely and as soon as the transaction has been completed the items have been issued.
     
  3. Thanks. I figured it would be a support issue but I've used Amazon before with no problems, in fact it was instant turnaround. I just wanted to see if I was missing something or if this has happened to anyone else.
     
  4. Well I know I can not buy on Amazon as they do not communicate with my Bank, they say my Bank declined the purchase and my Bank has no record of the transaction, but that is my experience with Amazon.
