[TEI] CBS Upgrade Price

I know that the prices were supposedly reduced previously and it was found to be ONLY the Newly Purchased Modules that saw this reduction. I see the Domination Event FAQ is showing these prices again, is this once again only the Newly purchased/received Modules that will see this new price? OR does it apply to ALL Module Upgrades?

 

When the upgrade system was released, they had same price range than the lasers and stuff, but nowadays it's way more expensive, than it was used to. All my modules that were obtained even before, got the price change way back then and I remember it was during the domination event as well.

This price range applies to all modules what you own, however, that's unclear is it during the event only or a permanent change.

 

Well as the Current FAQ is showing 2018 and was edited from the original POSTING DATE, I have to ask, as we were seeing different charges for the upgrades than was posted and it was after the Event we found it was only the items received during the Event that were reduced to be upgraded. IT also was unclear if it was a permanent price reduction or not. I found the ORIGINAL ISSUE POSTING and you can see that I myself had different results on the 2 servers I play and NO CLEAR RESPONSE as to WHY?
