[TI] Day 13 Calendar login bonus

I logged on today and claimed the LF-4 for the daily login bonus on the calendar as I loaded the game page. I later went to install it and there was nothing there. In checking the internal history log I saw nothing there either, although I see the entries for the bonuses from the days before. The existing LF-4's I had were installed on the ship and the inventory showed only them. What should I do, other than wait patiently for the day 14 bonus and view the log entry for that? Is this something that will resolve itself? Is this happening to others? Am I just plain out of luck? Is it worth contacting support over to have them tell me "Too bad, so sad..."?

its only the 12th, tmr is the 13th

 

Well we do have different time zones and countries on Asia/Australia were ahead on time against Europe/Africa which also ahead of North/South America. The OP might be on the stated continents that's why it already May 13th on him/her while its just May 12 at your place.

I just got mine from the Day 13 bonus so this might be a bug but to be sure I'll ask some things:

Could you confirm that you looked at the "logbook" and not the "uridium balance" (sorry this might be silly).
In your logbook is there no "Day 13 login bonus received" log?
Also, when you start the game, does the Day 13 (LF4 icon) shaded and have a check mark?

If all yes, then try to clear your browser cache and load the game again. If the problem was not fixed you may contact support regarding this and in their reply at your email, send them the pictures of the things I mentioned above as proof. Goodluck.

 

What I noticed a few weeks ago was : I was on a different ship than usual, an empty ship. I looked all over and didn't see the login bonus which back then was the hyper plasmoid lf4 i think.. A couple days later after still not seeing the item it hit me! I was on a different ship when I logged in that day so I went to that ship and low and behold there it was on the ship I had used to login.

Perhaps this might be your problem?

As stated, at the time of your post, it was the 12th and not the 13th. Please check your inventory and let me now if this is still an issue.
