[SC] What is the Rule in this game On Harassing and Stalking

I sure there is some kind of rule in this game that protects players from being harassed or stalked by other players in game. As if to say, someone calls you out on chat, you go and you kill him, literally shoot him down, But this player can not die in Peace so you kill him again still does now learn his lesson. Starts to Mock you in Chat whispering you Stalking you. How many times do you have to kill this person for him to learn? Is STALKING allowed in this game? You see the CM on gaming but does nothing not even a warning. You doing quest then he tries to ambush you with his friends so you kill him again but does not learn wow.

As this is a Player verses Player battle style game, players will shoot at other players within the game. Larger players shooting lower level players is part of the game. Please keep in mind that at one point in time, all players were lower level players. What is that saying? That most everyone was most likely Harassed at one point ja ja.

When I started this game long ago you could not even get off the gate people insulting 24-7 using insulting names, sure some get ban when caught for a bit like a time out. So, what do you do is the questions open up a can of whip ass or are you just going to take it like a cowardly unadventurous person? DO leaves it up to you how you are going to handle yourself in this situation. What gets me is that there are kids playing this game and you have to ask yourself is this what you want you kid to read? Some games have Eliminated chat for that reason or they use a very stricken why to global chat


Its not very clear on the issue of Harassing and Stalking I don't think they know how to stop it or what it is for that matter. Dark Orbit being a MMO game I guess it is alright to Stalk someone day and night on this game. What is a Stalker you may ask? A person who harasses or persecutes someone with unwanted and obsessive attention a person who hunts game stealthily. That is a Stalker, but now we have the cyberbully Just gets better Who is this guy the Cyberbully ? The use of electronic communication to bully a person, typically by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature. So how do they send messages? Using the global chat on the game. So now the Cyber-bully is starting to sound like a Stalker Hmmm.

As you may know Some Players will not Die in PEACE, you shoot them and you fly away, the next thing you know they are whispering you or humiliating you in Global Chat.

This is like A bad Fart that won't go away ja ja. Not only that, Most these players take this game as a real life situation game since in Third world countries the people are known to bond a bit better than in USA so they have a lot of Home Boys and girls, so if you shoot one of them you have to deal with the entire Clan lol. Sure, and of course, as time goes on and on, you become a better fighter once you have fought the entire server on your own for a few years you do become a one Man Army. this I know for a fact : )

A cyber bully is a member that continually seeks out one or more other members to verbally interfere with their game play.

 

Use "/ignore username" to prevent the communication in chat, otherwise just grow a thicker skin and understand this is probably a child that does not know any better..

I may start liking it is what I am afraid off lol and become one of them lol. I mean after all I don't mind the kills and I don't mind smacking back and I don't mind slandering.

Then I think what if its a little crazy kid on the other side of this line, Most the time I kill and move on and kill them again another time.

We take harassment very seriously. If you feel like you are being harassed by another player, especially in chat, then please post in chat boards or contact Support.

You will need to include the following information.


1. Take a screenshot of the issue.

2. Copy and paste the players in game name:

3. Post on Chat Board or Contact support and provide the following:

· Your Ship name

· User ID

· Server you are playing

· Screenshot of issue

· Players in game username, causing issues

Closing as referred to Chat Board or Support.
