I have an account on Europe global 4 and when I try to enter it it just sends me to the main page. What´s happening?

When logging in to the DO website ... Look at the link in the toolbar .... at the end of the link location does it have this wording =Error Code 99 ? if so you will need to copy the entire http header code and send it along with a description/nature of your problem ... I had this issue when I accessed the TEST Server and had to wait for SUPPORT to redirect my ship to the regular server. Most cases the player logged out in an area other than their Server (Refractions, UBA, TEST) and the system does not recognize the address.

 

Yes I am. I cannot log in, I come back to the main page after entering my username and password

 

Have you sent a request to Support to redirect your account to your correct server?

 

If it is an old account be patient that went thru a server merge and was inactive be patient ... but , if not send Support your login info and ask them to relocate your account ....
