[TI] wheres my uridlum?

most of my uridlum is gone,i didnt buy anything that big, i had about at the time 220,000,i chech my logbook and nothing there, plez help.

 

check your log and see if small amounts were used from time to time. Also check your settings to see if green keys auto buy.

Which logbook are you looking at? I know they have been reduced to the last 14 days but you should be able to see any used Uridium in the "BALANCE" of the Uridium tab on the back page. It has been my experience, with missing Uridium, that only Support can assist you, but then they also tell you to send PROOF of the balance before and ONLY then will they assist with showing where the Uridium went.

That is where the problem is. You always are required to show proof. I gave up trying to get anything that I think I have lost. Even when the double charge for repairing my PET was in the Logbook I could not get the Uridium returned as they said I must have hit the repair button twice even though it disappeared after the first click.

I have an ongoing issue with the Galaxy Gate Materializer as I always have to use a Multiplier to complete any Gate I open and I am always shown as getting multiple final parts and not the ammo that I am supposed to receive even with Screenshots of what I was talking about and they could not understand it.
