I started a new server Great Britain 2 . It is 5 hour earlier so I might get into some of the night games at noon our time. That is why I did it. I'm at level one, but I don't have anything for my ship so I'm not flying yet. When I do when can I get attacked by others?

IF I remember correctly you are fodder at level 6 or 7. If you started on a new server, with same login, you should have been given a lot of stuff and made level 5 just for creating the account. Below is what I got when I created the East 2 account;

But you should get most of this if you did the started missions, to get to level 5 anyway. This Link should allow (it is not complete) you to see the progression without the need of being in the maps. This Post covers the Protection, in x-1 there is a box around an enemy until level 6 but you can not be attacked in that map unless you attack first (no matter what level you are) and x-2 has the threat meter (left side of mini map).

I have an account on GE1 but after being popped almost 100 times before I hit lvl 10, I did an account on Scandinavian server.

Much quieter and was able to level without daily pops. Now lvl 13 and only 19 pops. There are still hunters but less than the other server.

I play from USA west cost so it's night on that server.

Not many English speaking clans though.

Didn't mean to change subject from OP but wanted to respond to Angus.

Thank you for the info, but I must be a black sheep in the family. I don't remember but when I started my other servers, I thought I received a ship that could fight and fly. I received a Liberator and nothing else. What I have for it comes from the daily bonus boxes which is Ammo x4 (1500), Scatter laser III, and SG3N-BO2. I don't think I ready to go out yet. Maybe by the end of the month I will. That way I'll have 1 more lasers and another shield. I really don't want to sink money here, but I might have too.

You should have the starter quests that all work in x-1 and x-2 these get you to level 5 anyway.

 

I came back to play after not being able to play for 10 yrs and it's really disgusting the way players are bullies to people who did nothing to them. I was excited to play again and now I am completely turned off. I can't even complete simple missions because I am being hunter down for no reason.

 

, gm Angus ... I have a lvl. 5 account on the GA-1 server and the hardest thing I have trouble doing is bidding for anything. Heck Irises are going for the 100m credit range and the slot-4 cpu is right up there 10 to 15m credit range. Heck , The only thing I can do is work on my skylab and do my daily logins and box the x-1 map cloaked in my liberator. Once my Lab is complete I'm getting a Citadel for major cred drops. They might not have the value of a higher level user but ant least I will start being able to build a ship worth jumping into

 

On x-1 map you waste the cloak as no one can attack you except the Streuner Recruits and you may as well kill them while boxing.
