[GI] Loss of upgrades

Hi guys, just logged in from a very long break from game and noticed all my level 16 LF4 are level 2 and so are my bo2, ive had no emails or messages to suggest ive done anything I shouldn't have. always been a honest player just shocked to see they've all gone?

my drones are still level 16 etc still have all my extras, ammo, uri etc just my levels have dropped.

might have some screen shots somewhere to prove upgrades its just finding em :S hope someone cand shed some light. hope I haven't been shafted for not playing game?

anyone else had the same issue?

Also checked drones only have one HERC design I did have allot more than that but still got 10 Havoc ? what's going on lol ?

is it possible the account has got hacked ?

 

It is normal after being gone for a time for things to have changed. The system fails to keep everything the same when you are inactive. Best to either wait a day to see if the system brings it back up or get with support.

 

Let me ask a few questions, so as not to assume anything.

1. Are you looking at AVAILABLE (Ship Equipping) or INVENTORY (All Owned)?
2. How long inactive?
3. When was the last time you cleared caches and histories?
4. Have you logged in more than one day since coming back?

I ask these questions as there are issue with seeing everything owned the same day you receive reward/award and communication between back page and game client have some major lag also.

I can only assume you are looking at the equipping page of the Hangar and not the actual owned inventory, things like Drone designs are not able to be sold so to lose them is a visual thing and not a matter of being hacked.

 

im looking at all owned inventory thats how i know theres things missing, ive got over 4,000 hours lol definatley know what im looking for .

inactive for around 6 months maybe longer.

im using multiple devices i.e phone, ipad and desktop.

ive only logged in today buti strugle to understand why it wouldnt update straight away surely everything should be saved on a server?

in relation to the drone designs they arent even there to be equipped...

 

Sometimes as PSKSUNDANCE has mentioned it will take a login or two for the server to recognize the account. Login one day and after server reset things may change.

If not it's gonna be a support issue.

I would recommend you to contact game support via ticket so they can check logs et cetera. But before please check the instance you're logged into it. Let us know if you contacted support so we can lock the thread and let game admin take over.

logged back in after server reset still nothing, i want my old account back simple as, i shouldnt even have to wait for support, a company as big as bigpoint should be able to see my old account history and go yep he's not lying and just put me back

ive contacted support yesterday as soon as i logged in, still heard nothing back from them...

aslong as they 100% have access to my old account history i have nothing to worry about

I have no resources on ship i.e cargo from aliens, less LF4 which are all level 2, bo2 which are all mixed levels, missing drone forms i,e wheel and drill maybe a few more cant remember, loads of herc designs...

Below is a list of sone equipment on account: - 10 lvl16 drones - Full Havocs - x2 sets of Hercules - 45 lvl 16 LF4’s (59 LF4’s total) - 31 lvl16 bo2 sheilds - 1 lvl16 hell-storm launcher - countless lf3s, sheilds, speed gens, xl jump chips etc.... - full lvl3 dmg protocols for pet, also full lvl 3 salvage protocols for pet. - all major designs (surg, saturn, pusat, all skill desighns etc...) - 40 pilot points (set up for pvp) - all major euipment, smart bomb, insta sheild targetting guidance,etc.... - fully upgraded Skylab - can’t remember on drone forms but defiantly had wheel and drill...

I have to say we haven't received common reports, definitely you'r was not hacked. If you send ticket to support I would recommend to wait as it's take a while to process. From now on as you were refereed to support we have to wait - I'll lock the thread and support will take it over.
