[GI] tried to help

i tried to help a low level pilot today through invite system .after we connected in the system,i could not communicate with him. every time i typed in the com box and hit enter,it said there was no such pilot and then for some reason the com box went away and i could not get it back. what did i do wrong?....thanks

 

Do is having major issues with the messaging systems across multiple servers as far as I can see it appears to located in the European servers and is spreading to some US servers following the last few server merges

Is he at least Level 6?
New players up to level 5 only have access to a Newbie Chat. They cannot go into the Global Chat/Company Chat. Other Players cannot communicate with the Low Level Players until reaching Level 6.

not sure what level he was with only one little hash mark but he did switch,not warp, from a liberator to a leonev at one point. will keep the level 6 thing in mind from here on. thanks for info EHD.

yea DO has had a lot of ,issues, since it reloaded lol. thanks for your input Odin everybody fly safe.
