[GI] BABY P.E.T.

Hi All,

If people has seen my new post, you know I started up a new server on GB2. Now I'm in a night time game and it is only 12:00pm here.

As I stated I have a new server. I have a P.E.T. now. I may have asked this before, but I'll ask it again because I don't remember the answer.

Why can't I buy greater level then level 1 Gear for my P.E.T.? I have the money why can't I?

The Level of the PET determines the level of gear. Run with the minimum of stuff until you get the PET to level 8 which allows you to buy level 3 items.

As HelpMeHelpYou mentioned, you have to level up your PET to obtain higher gear for it. Do OP have any further questions in this matter or shall I lock the thread ?

Just because I've have a level 1 P.E.T. it shouldn't matter what level the gear is. It just mean I have to buy it twice when I get to 8th level.

Well that is another way DO makes money.

When they brought the PET it was even more of a MONEY PIT as the items were limited use and had to be replaced every month or so. The Level thing has been here since the original inception of the PET. I am including the PET FAQ which may help with the questions that may be thought up.

 

WarriorAngus this is the way to progress and that how the PET works, I bought PET when it came out and never thought I do have it and start levelling it 2 years after I bought it. To be fair levelling PET is not hard just activate it and complete missions, shot aliens and make sure you have fuel HelpMeHelpYou refereed you to the PET FAQ which I would recommend to start with other than that do you have other questions in this matter or shall I lock the thread ?

HI All,

I have seen that, but I still don't like it. For my second P.E.T. I hardly did anything. I did buy a few items for it, but that was it. Every time it gain a level I only did the basic. I had empty gear slots. The rest I filled in Gens and Weapons. When it turn 8th level, I spent my money and bought all 3 level for it to gear it all up. I will most likely do the same for this on. The only thing I have is auto loot.
