[TI] Lost account

Hello,

I didn't play game for awhile (read for couple of years) and now when I tried to log in I couldn't. So I asked for new pass, then I asked even for my user name, then I logged in and realize that was not my acc. Then I tried on couple other servers but I couldn't find my acc. At the end I wrote to support to ask for help. They replied that I made new acc and asked me on which server I had acc. I found it on my mails, it was Europe 4. Then I happily went to log into my acc and realize there is no server Europe 4 any more.
Does anybody have any advice how to log into my old acc please?

... I found somethnig interestin too. When I played game address was: https://int10.darkorbit.bigpoint.com/ now I see that address is: https://int11.darkorbit.com/ .... Difference is obvious...

ps: When I tried to loginto my old acc I got msg:


Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /ProjectApi/noInactive.php on this server.

 

Your account is inactive and the server you have the ship on was merged into another server, hence you can't see GE 4.
But inactive accounts are excluded from merges for now and DO team plans to deal with inactive accounts only when all server merges are complete.

Fyi, all server merges are complete and they are working on a script to move all inactive accounts into the merged servers.

As users posted above , as soon as dev wiull be ready to merge inactive account you'll be able to log back on it.
