[GI] Cant log into account

Hey people
So I havent logged into my account in a very long time, like a year or two maybe not sure, and when i try and log in it says "pfp noInactive cant access this server" or something. Happens everytime. Filed a report to dark orbit never got a response. Just wondering what I can do?

You will need to wait for support to answer you back. They are the only ones who can do anything.

There have been a string of server merges recently. To help decrease the load, inactive accounts were flagged and left untouched, allowing them to sit there, waiting to be deleted/overwritten. I wish you luck on recovering your account.

 

I wont nitpick at first part, but they weren't/aren't waiting to be "deleted/overwritten". Here is a quote of the latest post from Next wave of merges anouncement thread, on inactive accounts(basically at least script been started on EU servers so far):

i was playing on int13 server and by a mistake pressed int14 thease 2 servers merged and now i get that error message whenever i try to login. Im not sure what i have to do so please give me advice.
