hello, an old player here...
anyway just wanna know if there is any new server coming up or something like it??
really wanna come back w/ friends but not to a old server ( since most of them lost their account, mine got hack or something like that back in the day)

A lot of the servers were merged. That should make the game population better for players.

Create a new account and join an existing server.

Zero point in creating and supporting a new server with low players, very inefficient and a waste of money and resources, hence the recent strings of server merges.

staring from 0. will be like a year ( if i dont spend) to be able to be decent in the game where everyone is maxed or midle geared

We all started in the same place. There is lots to do. No matter where you would join, people would be flocking there to build up in a day.

What's a good server depends on the individual. You said you have a group. All the US servers have merged into one. Its pretty busy. You would have to look for US West. If your on the other side of the pond, there are the GB servers that have been merged together as well. I have not played over there in a while so I can not tell you how busy it is there. If you really want lots of people, you will look for a Global server. Just remember, its also about how you play. I am guessing you will probably be looking for some pvp action. The most popular servers are of course the global servers but remember, you still need time to build up as well so I can't speak to how the noob reception will be. I hope this helped you.
