[GI] drone didn't upgrade

got all my drones to level 15 and always do 100 percent on upgrades. upgraded my first drone to level 16 and it was successful but it shows all drones at level 15 and upgradable.
logbook says
14.12.2018-10:02 success upgrade of your drone to level 16
cleared my cash, history, relogged and even switched browsers but all drones are still level 16.
glitch? bug? or do I need support? thanks in advance.

 

Assuming all ten drones, they were all level 15. You upgraded one of them to 16, but despite your logbook saying that it was successfully upgraded to level 16, it still displays all ten drones available to upgrade?

Have you checked your drones in your hangar view? It will show there what level (upgrade level, not leveling via NPC kills) each of your drones are. Do any of them show 16?

If not, I suggest asking support, but hold on. There might be a moderator that can view into your account to see what's up, so I suggest you wait before you contact support. Once you contact support, moderators here are not allowed to help you anymore.

 

thanks kilerStreak for your reply. my drones are- 8 iris deployed with apis assembled and waiting for zues assembly to deploy both at same time. all 8 iris show level 15 on the upgrade page but as per your suggestion, i checked the hanger display and it shows that i have two drones at level 16 so i guess it happened twice and i didn't notice it the first time. going to go gather some uri and try again to see whats what.........

 

ok.....so the problem seems to have fixed it self. i had 8 iris showing on the upgrade page at level 15 after 2 level 16 upgrades. after the third level 16 upgrade, 3 drones were removed from the page and only 5 are left showing. temporary glitch ? go figure. thanks and thread may close.
