    Haven't played in awhile so my account is inactive does anyone have a time frame on how long it takes to get transferred to the new instance?

    DO hasn't set a 'Deadline'/Time frame for completion of an in-active account. Since this is part of the Holiday season , I gather DO is running a minimum crew . There has been no posting on the Discord Server either. Note* DO has completed several [in-active account merges] so far for several servers. In your best interest you do not need to contact Support at this time , If you remember or stored your user ID # and server along with your username for the in-active account . I would wait until Monday before asking Support on the status of your account.

    Im in the same position as the thread creator and the support just linked me the "inactive account merge" thread saying they could do nothing about it.
