[GI] GA1: 10% discount offer in shop not showing

The news-feed states there is a 10% discount on shop purchases for a limited time.
It doesn't appear to be showing up in the shop on the GA1 server.
Is anyone else on GA1 seeing the discount in the shop being applied?

I bought formation and didn't get the 10% discount either

the discounts are only for selected items.
I asked support about this the last time they had a misleading ad and was told that the ad would be changed so as NOT to be seen as FALSE advertising.
Wasn't changed....................

 

For future reference, please advise that applicable discounts for in-game items will appear in the shop as such:



Both the category, and the item, will display a '%' symbol on it, and the discount value + adjusted value displayed prior to purchasing.

 

I'm well aware of the percent sign indicating discounts in the shop. Not understanding how the shop works was not the issue. Just curious, what led you to you believe I didn't understand how that worked?

Plain and simple: The offer never materialized in the shop during the advertised time period, that was the issue. But since the offer is over, and the issue was never resolved during the time frame, please feel free to close this thread as it is a moot point now. Thank you.
