[GI]can't use my repair hp & pod / spectrum missing

  1. cant use my repair pod and hp repair... started with my repair pod, tried everything to use it to no avail... now i cant use my hp repair either... and when i wasn't playing for awhile, my spectrum disappeared from my hanger ?

    same here, on my hammerclaw... sometimes they work, sometimes they don't... burning cooldown boosters!!!!

    My aegis also having the same problem also ..... can't use repair pod or any ship ability
     
  5. I asked an admin in discord yesterday if DO knew of this and they told me yes and it was being looked into.
     
  6. Its worse now... cant use any of the abilities now ?
     
  7. I tried switching to my other aegis ships, but they dont work either...

    yep also same problem. they said they're working on it but it's been a week since then
     
  9. This is also happening to me. Flying Hammerclaw in Alpha around 9:45 pm US eastern time tonight, 6/3/19. I fly US East server, my ID 169992697.

    And, it doesn't work using quickbar click, using quickbar shortcut key, or opening ship abilities and selecting. This seems to have started with the new event, I think called Wargames?

    Thanks for your help, it is frustrating.

    You know "being patient" is made so much easier when the problem is at least acknowledged by the people responsbile for fixing it and in this case - who caused it.

    This "issue" was caused by DO running an event few players wanted, yet there has been nothing to even acknowledge there is an issue since it was forced on players nearly 2 weeks ago.

    ""The issue has been reported. Please be patient."" - Do you REALLY think that is good enough?

    I am sorry we do not have any further information to provide to you about this problem. If we had more information, we would be happy to share it with you but all we know for sure is that the team is aware of the problem and are working to get it fixed as quickly as they can.

    I would recommend you contact support if you have not already done so, just so they know you are affected by this problem. They will let the team know by adding your account information to the report, but there isn't anything else they can do for you at this time either.

    I'm going to close this thread so it doesn't become a place to just flame Bigpoint over this problem and again if you or anyone else have not reported this to support, please write them using the link below in my signature.

    EDIT: If we hear any news of a fix, we will gladly make a post about it here in forums so everyone is aware.
