    My uridium bank is full on my usa west ship. I'm noticing that I'm not getting daily missions anymore.

    On my usa east and scand ships, my bank is not full and I can stack up all kinds of dailies.

    Are we required to spend the $2.99 to empty the bank so we can start getting dailies again?

    Yes. You're essentially paying $2.99 to retrieve the Uridium from it.

    But you are better off just waiting for Mega Happy Hour or the Helix Blitz sale and purchase Uridium from the Uridium page. This Uridium Bank is complete nonsense.
