    Are their damage bonuses applied on every damage item (rockets, lasers..) even if these items are not in the drone?

    Drone design stat's are added to the total if they were not then the 10% cool down would be useless so would the 20% hp bonus.

    Also when full all ten drones you also get 10% cooldown.
