[GI] Server Restart

Why is the server resetting every 5 minutes on GA1 im losing ammo and rewards from event because of this. What is going on.

We got some issue with the servers today , after the event started today

for what i know its over with the restart

thank you but that still doesnt resolve the loss of rewards and ammunition, i lost a reward box because of the server restart. you can close if there is no further actions capable of being made.

 

When updates are deployed to either release new content or fix bugs/glitches, the servers need to be restarted. It's just a part of the game. They generally don't compensate for server restarts because players are informed a good few minutes before they happen.

 

how about they compensate people who had to wait for hours after buying battle pass for the event to actually work and spawn in the new npc and the mods to stop acting like they have no clue whats going on when litterealy everybody is talking about it in forums and global chat

 

There's still over a week of the event left. It really doesn't make a difference.

I know the frustration and i am sorry you lost ammo and reward boxes

if you write nicely to the support ..they may help you worth a try
