    10k ucb is nothing compared to all the lags and problems we had to face

    You guys are harsh...
    Yes, I could have billions of credits and millions of uri if I had 0 lag, but DO isn't going to hand everyone huge amounts free stuff.
    It's a small "Hey, we're working on it".
    Chill out and play the game

  5. I made at least 2 mil uri in the last event and only really played it for 10-20 hrs tops. I didnt experience the lag others were complaining about. The vouchers are cool hand outs, some people just cant be pleased and everything is someone elses fault.

  7. If it was the one i saw before it was taken out i mean come on really just cause you might feel that way doesn't mean you have to be that rude to someone you don't even know.

    all intent aside, there was a better way for you to make your opinion known without being that rude. I understand that you might feel a certain way, but that is not a respectful way of conversing with other people.

    I suggest venting outside of the internet, and then coming back to the forum with a sobered-up mind and explain your point with a tad more decorum.

  11. I really hope you are joking. I know that some people like to "be positive about everything" and bein "tahnkful", but tis is NOT one of the times to do that.

    However, this is SO MUCH MORE than the code itself. It´s thei ATTITUDE of NOT caring, it´s their atittude of "They (the players) will ALWAYS come back no matter what BS we give them, so let´s spit on their faces even more with a CODE to compensate for OUR INCOMPETENCE but this time let´s make the CODE USELESS. Yes, because this code really IS USELESS. Any one who has played the game knows that thse rewards, that supposedely were to compensate for 1 WHOLE MONTH of lag and that made the game UNPLAYABLE would last for 1 GATE ONLY, except maybe the 4k PL-3030, which goes away after 2 days of PVP or PVE if you want to waste a hard to come by ammunition.

    Do you now understand or have a grasp (at least) of the reason for the uproar? WE ARE TIRED! It shouldn´t be us, the players, telling them to fix the game´s issues. It should be THEM adressing them! This is ridiculous. And people like you who disregard the ISSUES are an ISSUE too. The "haaa, it´s ok, we are used to the lag" or bringing players who complain down because you think nothing will ever be done mentality is one of the reasons NOTHING is being done, or when something is done it´s done poorly.

    Everyone said good things about the eternal gate event, myself included. It´s called (positive) feedback. This is NEGATIVE feedback, it´s used to show discontent towards things. Have that in mind before commenting. And do´t be a people pleasure, no one likes people like that. Have standards and "don´t get used to the lag", get used to say that lag is not okay and should be taken care of. That´s how you get stuff done.

    This seems a bit greedy ... the event will be back one day, so you'll have another chance at getting more rewards. Instead of being happy with what is given, you'd rather complain and ask for more? I'll leave that there,

    Why are you so salty? Maybe you should find some healthy ways to relax, because that is an awful lot of rage.

    yeah, totally. People who are salty about everything and complain are much more fun
     
  13. It´s called self respect and not letting people stomp on you. That´s what this miserable code is. Do you even play the game? I don´t think you do, because otherwise you would understand that it makes no sense to receive such a small compesnation for 1 whole month of lag. It´s important to say again- 1 ENTIRE month, and what do you get? Things that run out in 1 day. And the lag has been around for longer, not just the past month.


    Again, not being salty- giving feedback. We want change, we do not want this BONUS, it does not suit it´s purpose, which is to compensate for 1 WHOLE month. You are the one in the wrong for being grateful, don´t defend a company that does nothing for the players. BP´s greedy, not me. Do you think that anyone is going to be by your side? Do you think BP will give you anything for thanking them for this code? No! Everyone is laughing at you for thinking that. So stop being a people pleasure and pretending everyone is or will be ok, because it is not- unless WE, THE PLAYERS, do something about it..

    I just said I gave positive feedback about many things. Last event- eternal gate is an example- so make your research first (as of just now I just gave feedback on this month´s chromin event. Stop by there and give it a read to learn the difference between positive feedback, negative feedback, and complaining for no reason/being salty) . This time the feedback is negative because what they made IS negative. Simple as that. If you don´t want to help then stay in your lane.

    Mmmh where to begin?

    1* I do in fact play the game frequently, and i too have lagg (often unplayable lagg)
    2* Lagg is not a new issue, they are aware of it. If they say they are working on it then whether you like it or not, there is nothing you can do to force them to 'fix it'.
    3* Since this is not a new issue, they didn't even HAVE to give us anything.
    4* If you can't handle the lagg, then leave the game be, and go outside (if quarantine allows it) and try again later when fewer players are online.
    5* Being positive does in fact please more people than being negative.
    6* 'make your research first', nice jab, i'll allow it.
    7* The only thing you could do to 'as the players do something about it', is to get many people to leave the game, and i don't even think that would work, and it wouldn't even be possible seeing as the fewer players there are, the less lagg there is for the rest of us.
    8* 'stay in your lane', again, nice jab
    9* I'll return a jab and say "do us all a favor and leave, and take your attitude with you"
     
  15. 1- Ok, good, welcome aboard then.

    2-If they are aware of it, why are they making new events that BOOST lag instead of being honest and saying- yeah, we need to FIX our servers so we will not be able to provide a lot of big events until we fix the game? I´ll tell you why- because they are greedy and don´t care about fixing the game ASAP, but to milk out money from the events. Because you are not going to tell me that during the eternal gate event the lag was WAY worse than usual. About the lag being a standard it´s what I said- I understand they are aware of it, however I want them to acknowldge they need to fix it ASAP, and the only way to do it is to put events on hold.

    3-They DO need to compensate us because it´s ON THEM to put a new event out ON TOP of the already existing problems. And this compensation for 1 month was JUST NOT IT.

    4.-I can handle it. I won´t leave the game be because I care about it´s future and I like a good part of the community. My country is on lockdown, as almost every other country should be, but even if it wasn´t, the lag that occured during the event and even the "usual" one is not 100% associated with the increase of internet usage due to the virus. If you go and play any other game these issues are not present.

    5-I am NOT being negative. You are unable to diferenciate being negative from being assertive, so if I were you I would look up the difference.

    6-Thank you, thank´s for acknowledging instead of getting defensive.

    7-No, my intent with telling the players to do something about it is to make all in their reach to make BP change it´s ways. This could be not using their code, asking respectfully to CM´s to adress their discontent with the issues and especially to do not settle for less than we deserve- which is a company that caters to us, the players, who give them money for them. That´s how businesses work. It souldn´t be our job to tell them the issues, it should be them adressing them and apologising! Instead we are the ones adressing the issues.

    8- I´m just tired of people defending them and asking players to "accept the situation" instead of joining us and trying to get things to change. It´s ok if you want to sit back and let things happen, not everyone has the time or the passion for the game to try to improve it. But if you are going to step in, do so on our side.

    9-I´ll return the same jab by saying exactly that to you. Because I´ve seen this game at it´s peak and at it´s worse, and it is MY attitude that is going to bring the game back at it´s prime, or at least take it out of this slumber; not YOUR passive one.

    It would appear you've calmed down. Now we can discuss matters more effectively.
    If your intent is to unite players under the common goal of 'doing something about it', then might i suggest being a beacon to rally behind instead of a howling banshee ever on the offensive?

    Cut 'people defending them' some slack, please think: what can we the players REALLY do?

    You make a good point about other games not having these issues with lagg and such, to that i say: true, but that is most likely due to old code, low number of dedicated devs, game running on flash, ...
    I appreciate your dedication concerning the whole situation, you really care and it shows. I however have an issue with your original methods of bringing your disdain to light.

    Now, on to the original issue which was the gift that was given, you are not content about. Not so long ago they gave us a code for 7 days of 50% booster to honor and EP, they didn't have to do that, so by all means add that to the 'compensation' that you were 'owed'.
    Honestly everything has been said, if you don't agree to it, that is your right, in that case we have to let it go.

    Hello there,

    We're all quite aware of the major server issues we've been dealing with lately and it's true that this isn't something new, but it has gotten increasingly frequent and worse. We're all frustrated with the state of the game, and the development team is working under high pressure to resolve it. I don't know if the recent compensations were for "all of the issues" that we have dealt with, but it is certainly a start. The latest compensation isn't suited for everyone, especially the bigger players that have plenty already in stock.

    I don't think anyone is trying to defend what is going on, we're all frustrated about it. The only thing we can do right now however, is to have patience and wait for the development team to figure it out (it sucks, we know), and if you have any good suggestions that could help we're always happy to forward it. The team has already implemented several changes to help limit the stress on the servers, while not a solution in itself, it is a step in the right direction.

    You have every right to be frustrated and annoyed by all the issues, we just ask that if you share your frustrations within the community, please do it in a civil manner, which makes discussing it a whole lot easier, and we won't have to remove or censor your posts at the same time. :)

    This post is about the recent compensation, so please keep it on topic. We ask that you start a separate post if you want to discuss something else.

  18. I just want to say 2 more things. First I think both me and memrix were civilized in our discussion. Secondly, you are a forum moderator, so you have been playing for a while and are AT LEAST level 12, because that is the required level to apply. So you tell me, do you think the code is useless JUST for the strong players? Or do you think that it is useless for everyone? Because right now a lot of returning, FE players are coming back, and with 8 iris and a goliath you go through 10k x4 within a HADES gate, which gives 15k x4 as a reward. Zeta gates give 5x times the keys, and require 20x times the 50 energies. I just want to put that out there.

    Also, I apreciate the fact that you let us have this discussion and not ban me or deleting my post as many of your colleagues have done in the past @Wingm8 . If all the mods were like you and promoted game discussion instead of trying to suppress it through bans either here, in DO´s chat or in discord it would make everything better. So thank you for that and keep up the good work.

    Seeing as you don't approve of the current 'compensation', what might i ask would you suggest as a 'fit for all' compensation? if you come up with a good compensation, we can post it in 'update and idea pool' and try to get the ball rolling? what do you say?
