[GI] The Messaging System

I feel as though this needs a small fix.
If a person sends me a message, I am unable to reply to that message if their settings are made so that only specific people can message them.
Obviously, this is made to keep random people from messaging you, but if you sent the original message, the person it was sent to should be able to reply.

Specific people ? ... You can only block players in chat … Or go to settings and hide the chat

I'm referring to when a person sends you a message.
If they have their settings set to not receive any messages, you can't reply to the message they sent you and most people aren't aware they have their settings set up that way.

The second one is my settings. His settings are set so that I cannot message him despite him sending the initial message.
