[TI] Game Client Crashes

I don't know why but every time I play on the client every 10- 15 minutes of playing on the maps my game crashes and the screen turns "entirely" white and when I refresh the page it reloads and I am able to go back on the maps; only to crash again after another 15 minutes of playing???? can someone tell me what's going on cause its been happening for a while now and I have no clue or idea what is going on.

 

Oh, that is a new one. I have been using the client since it came out and have never had it crash. Define a While...

 

since the first of October 2020 and its getting annoying especially during missions/events and pvp, it has gotten to the point that I just got to reload my page every five minutes because I know what's going to happen and if by some reason I forget to reload then it crashes.

ps: when I said client (I meant browser) , I could only wish to use the downloadable client but it always never loads in for me.

 

The lag on the new client is very bad to the point where it freeze frames, in fact its worse than the browser.

 

I can't even get the client to work, it loads up and about 1/3 into loading it crashes

 

I have been having the same problems and have written into support several times and they just keep saying they are unaware of the problem.

 

Exactly the screen freezes and you can do nothing at all.It will not even let you go out and restart for about 90 seconds.Then the screen turns to a faded white and says exe.DarkOrbit is not responding and wants to report it to microsoft.The and only then can you click the cancel and you have to completely go back into the game as the page resorts back your computer main screen.
Wonder when DO is going go admit there is a problem and fix it.I have been killed numerous times by other players and npc's while trying to get back into the game.

the game client is crashing, the browser client is crashing, my pet is at war with me, my ship doesnt appear in gate, i havent died in a gate in a decade yet i did tonight. i am also somehow in 2d mode and the 3d mode is not an option to switch to as i am told flash is out of date (which it is not)

 

It happens to me every time I log in to the Client version. I gave up . Hopefully they'll fix it one day.
